February 12th bilateral meeting discussion included:
- OCA’s proposal to only change regulations and conditions of enrollment once a year, on September 1st (as averse to throughout the year)
- actual changes proposed for September 1st 2013 regarding disiciplinary procedure changes, plagiarism checking, and all students to have an OCA email address for communicating with the college.

Since the meeting, the new Head of Assessment post referred to in 1.1 of the minutes has now been approved. In item 2 of the minutes, note that the maximum number of possible regulation changes during the span of an OCA course could be 3, and not 2.
