OCASA Creative Writing Rep Vacancy

adminocasa May 3, 2016     No Comment

OCASA Creative Writing rep wanted:

OCASA, and the individual student representatives that make up the OCASA committee, act as a bridge between students and the OCA. Our aim is to consult with the college and influence developments to continually improve the student experience. We’re also here to encourage interaction between students. To achieve these things we do, of course, need willing volunteers!

We have an opening for a volunteer to represent Creative Writing students following the departure of our previous representative, Jerry Khyang, in February 2016.  OCASA funding for pilot workshops was set up by Jerry and we are looking for someone who can continue this work and who would like to promote students interests in this area.  If you think you might be interested we would love to hear from you. It doesn’t matter where you are in your studies, or if you have previous experience of committees or being a representative – the most important thing is enthusiasm you can bring to the role.

If you are interested please contact Teresa Lanham (teresa511703@oca.ac.uk). If we have more than one candidate we will hold a short election process.
