About the Event
Curious Arts LGBTQIA+ Awareness Training has been devised and developed to ensure progression and excellence in equality, diversity and inclusion. Now more than ever, it’s important that organisations take the time to re-evaluate the ways in which they work. Supporting gender identities and sexual orientations, exploring approaches to best practice and learning how to be more proactive, accessible, inclusive and informed.
We have a friendly team of experienced trainers who deliver a 2.5 hr training session which aims to raise awareness, increase confidence around the use of inclusive language and provides a greater understanding of the intersectionality of the LGBTQIA+ community. The introductory session covers a wide variety of topics followed by an opportunity for some judgement free Q&A.
