A fun and relaxed workshop to meet fellow students and hone your site surveying techniques around the Royal Festival Hall and Jubilee Gardens on the Southbank, London, with programme leaders Catherine Byrne and Gill German.

About the Event

A fun and relaxed workshop to hone your site surveying techniques around the Royal Festival Hall, the Southbank, London with programme leaders Catherine Byrne and Gill German. We’ll also be looking at the area around Jubilee Gardens by the London Eye.

You’ll be teaming up with students from both the Interior Design and Garden Design programmes to choose a site to survey, explore and record information.

Please remember to bring all the necessary equipment (pens/pencils, notebooks, camera, measuring tapes and anything else you think you might need) to complete a comprehensive survey of your chosen site.

We’ll be meeting by the Nelson Mandela statue outside the Royal Festival Hall, a five minute walk from Waterloo Station with step-free access.

Saturday November 12th, 11am - 4pm approx.
