This workshop draws on principles and practices of mindfulness, demonstrating the everyday benefits of embedding mindful strategies in increasing general wellbeing. 

You’ll develop a catalogue of skills that help you recognise signs and symptoms of stress and anxiety and integrate mindfulness exercises in your personal and community-level practices.
