OCA Big Draw 2025: Drawing Babel - A Collaborative Project

Join OCA tutor Bryan Eccleshall for a workshop during which you'll contribute to a large, multi-authored drawing based on the idea of the Tower of Babel. After a brief introduction from Bryan you will be asked to make one or more drawings that will - after the session - be digitally stitched together to make up a composite drawing of the Tower of Babel. 

In keeping with the Biblical story of the Tower of Babel, you will be able to use any media and any style to create a portion of the tower. 

Bryan will supply some art historical reference points in the form of images, but feel free to find your own.

You will be producing at least one image in any media you choose (which could include ink, felt tip, collage, charcoal, paint, pencil, monoprint, or a mixture of them). You might not finish that work during the two hour…
