Dr Derek Trillo MA PhD FRPS
Derek has been a professional photographer for 25 years. In his commercial photography he specialises in artworks, heritage sites and architecture. He was formerly a photographer and digital imaging specialist for the University of Manchester 1994 – 2008, including The Whitworth Gallery, Manchester Museum and John Rylands Library. He’s been an OCA photography and creative arts tutor since 2007.
In this workshop Derek will suggest ways of adapting everyday items you may already have to photograph your artworks to accurately convey their tones, colour, texture and form.
