OCA Photography Social Group: James Guerin

For our next event we are pleased to welcome James Guerin to speak to us on Wednesday 10th December at 18:30 GMT. 

James is a photographer and camera maker with an emphasis on experimental techniques.

James says he has been obsessed with photography since 2003. He began making his own pinhole cameras around 2006. Since then he has experimented with techniques such as Slit-scan, Solagraphy and unique cameras such as his 'Multi-cell' camera.

In 2013 after a move to France from Ireland, he started his own small business making a range of pinhole cameras that he sells online. James loves the experimental side of photography, making or modifying cameras and hands on printing techniques like cyanotype and chemigram.
