We are excited to invite you to join us on the 13th December at 18:30 (GMT) for a talk by photographer and academic, Professor Anna Fox. Author of My Mother’s Cupboard and Pictures of Linda, Anna will be sharing her latest book Country Girls, and talking to us about working on long term projects and combining images and text.
Born in 1961 and completing her degree in Audio Visual studies at The Surrey Institute, Farnham in 1986, Anna Fox has been working in photography and video for over thirty years. Influenced by the British documentary tradition and US ‘New Colourists’ her first work Workstations (published by and exhibited first at Camerawork, London 1988) observed, with a critical eye, London office culture in the mid Thatcher years.
