Nuala Mahon - 'Leave No Trace' - A Photographic Journey 

Nuala will talk to us about her photographic journey 'Leave No Visible Trace' submitted as her final degree project. Nuala lives on a small island off the SW coast of Ireland.  She is an avid ecologist and gardener.  Over the past years she had observed an enormous increase in the quantity of plastic waste being washed up on the island's beaches.  She decided to highlight this problem for her final degree project.  To strengthen the argument she created the work as sustainably as possible and worked hard to publicise the problem locally and nationally.

'Open Mic' - Following the presentation at each meeting there will be a 30 minute informal 'open mic' catch up for those that wish to discuss any other issues related to the event, general photography or the Photography Social Group itself. 7:30 pm - 8:00 pm
