About the Event
Join artists and tutors Justine Moss and Annabel Dover for a series of Drawing workshops. They will introduce you to a range of accessible, specialist techniques, using different materials, which you can adapt and embed into your practice.
Materials needed: Any kind of paper (receipts/envelopes etc. as well as some of at least A4 size), pens, 2b pencil, felt tips, eraser.
You will make considered drawings that can reflect any aspect of your work, be it, music, creative writing, photography etc.
Workshop A: 6 July 10am-12pm - Clothes as portrait
We will create self-portraits looking down at our clothes bodies whilst at the computer.
We will look at examples of historical and contemporary examples of artists who have used clothing and different viewpoints to create unique self portraits.
