SVF26: Making Something From Nothing - a researching creativity workshop

This will be a relaxed and fun online session for all students of any discipline to explore how research can fuel your creativity. We’ll consider the science of getting into a flow state and explore tools and strategies to support your process, stay organised, and build momentum in your practice.

This workshop will include some short exercises designed to take you from a blank page to a creative spark — whether you’re painting, writing, composing, designing, stitching, sketching, snapping or experimenting with technology.

The session is ideal for students at any level looking for inspiration and ideas. It will help you make research and idea generation feel more intuitive and integrated, and provide techniques to overcome creative blocks.
