A Creative Journey: Art, Writing, Collaboration & Place

OCA Europe invites you to an online artist talk and discussion with Dan Robinson, focusing on collaboration, working across disciplines, and creative practice shaped by place.
🗓 21 January 2026
🕕 18:00 CET
📍 Online via Zoom:: https://oca.zoom.us/j/96647264058?pwd=TGtWeTUzcFJqSlBBejBpWlZacFk3dz09
Dan’s work moves fluidly between photography, writing, installation, drawing, sculpture and sound, often shaped by place and by working with people, materials and voices found in situ. His practice spans residencies in nature reserves, derelict buildings, public institutions and art schools across the UK and Europe.
The session will take the form of an artist talk, followed by Q&A and open discussion, offering space for shared reflection across our mixed-discipline, international community.
Dan Robinson is an artist, writer, curator and educator, currently Programme Leader: Photography & Moving Image at OCA. He is an associate artist of Grizedale Arts and has been commissioned by organisations including the Pistoletto Foundation, Liverpool Biennial and Ikon Gallery.
