Welcome to the group! You can connect with other members, get updates and share photos.
The Kahlo Collective is a group for students at all levels who are living with chronic pain. We run short group sessions which are a chance to get together and share work and experience. There is no pressure to present - if you would like to attend and join in the discussion or simply listen that's fine. The group originated in the Drawing department, with thanks to PL Emma Drye and to tutor Helen Rousseau who facilitates the sessions.

Your message is a reminder of how I felt in the first months at OCA. You need to set up your learning log on Spaces, but everything else can wait. If you need help with that, reach out to the many groups (facebook) (Whatsapp). In despair I reached out on Facebook and a kind student talked me through something I was struggling with. You can find fellow students at group tutorials. Take your time, it is a marathon. One step at a time. Your Tutor will be able to guide you, make sure your first tutorials are face to face so you can have your questions answered. It is not easy studying alone but hang in there, trust the process. Five years in, and I am loving it.
